    Despite the facility being rated “excellent” on Booking.com, our experience did not reflect that. At $130 per night, the quality was quite disappointing. The finishes and materials throughout the property felt cheap and low-quality. The in-room AC unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to rest comfortably, and the toilet flush was excessively noisy—especially disruptive in a smaller family room. Basic amenities were poorly provided; essentials such as soap and toothpaste were either missing or insufficient. Additionally, the entire property, including the guest rooms, had an overwhelming chlorine smell, likely due to poor ventilation from the pool area. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations given the price point and online rating.

    We stopped for overnight rest and wanted a place with a pool for the kids. We stayed at the Red Lion and left in the morning. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in Harrisburg; breakfast at a Diner and Dinner at a nice restaurant.

    Traffic was brutal but the event I attended was amazing.

    Traffic was brutal but the event I attended was amazing. Local sheriff deputy Titus was an awesome guy spent a few minutes talking to him. Harrisburg is an amazing place to visit. If you are in the area and want to spend some quality time sight-seeing this place is in my top five places to visit.

    i spent the afternoon at Gettysburg National Military Park, and I plan to return to see more of it. It is less than an hour's drive from Harrisburg, and the drive was lovely through a very picturesque part of Central Pennsylvania.

    Firstly the place smelled of cigarettes , the walls were patched with spackle , dirty hand prints on one wall , yellowed light switches from nicotine , mold in bathtub , mold in corners on walls , a big leak on n bathroom ceiling , smoke detector had been ripped out of the wall .. basically a filthy dump . It was so disgusting that we skipped there’s breakfast in fear that it was on par with the rest of the hotel

    The facility, room, staff and location were excellent. My room was a queen suite with two queen beds, a separate sitting area and a large bathroom with double sinks which was very comfortable. Great beds and sheets. The hotel is across the street from a Starbucks and a great little local restaurant called the Camp Hill Cafe which had wonderful breakfasts.

    The room was updated, clean and over all very nice. The hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea all day to guests which was amazing to have access too. I didn't stay for breakfast but it looked like there was a great selection. Coffee was good! I'd definitely stay again.
