The security guard at the location was very nice and very helpful. The price was reasonable and it was close to the University of Hartford, which we were visiting with our daughter. Parking was available onsite, though we weren't made aware of this until we were already there and we had to pay extra for that. The host was also very responsive to my messages with each issue that arose.

Loved the set up, felt clean enough that somone like me who hates hotel rooms was comfortable enough to sleep in the bed without pulling my personal sheets out. I'm a smoker so tho I couldn't smoke inside, the outside area was fine and there were no issues with my smoking outside in the front. Felt safe with the 2nd lock being on the door and neighbors were a respectful volume.

The host communications as well as the apartment itself were lovely. The apartment has been set up for ease of use - you can cook, relax, work. All modern conveniences are provided. All of our party found the accommodations comfortable. We were also within a short walking distance of Pratt Street and of course all the local sights of Hartford, including the park and the Wadsworth.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good although making tea was not easy! Good location for walking in the downtown area. Also well situated for public transport to and from the airport and the Westfarm mall. Loved out 2 bedroom suite but would have liked a better view for the price charged.

Excellent views over the Hartford Skyline. Apartment beautifully and tastefully decorated, bed was super comfy, great water pressure in the shower, rooms are spacious. Used both the washer and dryer which were great. A truly lovely apartment with a super responsive host.

This was the scariest hotel I have ever stayed at. The first room we were out in reeked of cigarette smoke and we asked to be moved. The elevator reeked of weed. The property was old and run down and very very dated

I liked the central location and price. I really appreciated the free parking. The apartment, linens, and towels were clean. It was freezing in Hartford, but the apartment was warm. Will definitely stay again.

this is my second stay at this hotel, very comfortable and easy access to the convention center next door. as well having a Starbucks coffee shop in the hotel too. Will stay again every time I visit.
