The front office staff was accomodating.
The front office staff was accomodating. I had booked the room through Booking.com but the price was different when I checked in. SI asked for AARP discount but was told they don't have AARP but do have a senior discount, somehow it was not applied.
On arriving at our designated room, the TV remote didn't' work, the outlets didn't work the phone didn't work.... we called front desk and was immediately offered another room. The staff member said she would check everything before we left the assigned room and also would put more towels fin the room since there were 3 of us.She was wonderful. The new rroom was adequate until we heard so much noise coming from the room above and called the office again and fortunately she took care of it quickly. There aren't that many choices in Jesup so we were limited. In all the cost of $100 for the room was more than booking.com and all the other services posted on line. When I booked the room on line the cost was $70 plus all the fees. When I checked in the cost escalated to $81. Breakfast was rather forgetable. In all I guess the 2.5 rating was accurate,

Friendliness of people.
Friendliness of people. Laid back quaint little town But it needs good place to get natural ice cream! You have to go to krogers in Hinesville to get turkey hill natural ice cream snd you need more natural food restaurants for those of us who cannot digest chemicals and preservatives

jesup is a nice little town, not much to do if you have small children but the beach and other place are very close to drive. I was in town to visit family. we took my grandkids to the library while we were there they had a nice reading and craft program there.

Asked people about restaurants and no one seem to direct us to a good one.
There was one called Western Sizzlin and the food was terrible and cold. Server was very nice. Would not recommend the restaurant.
We stopped at the Huddle for breakfast and it was very good and the staff was really nice. Would recommend it.

Your review was misleading not a first rate accommodation I would like a refund based on what you reported however since you manage this from another country I don’t see that happening. I will never use booking again.

The location was convenient to the location of my purpose of being in the area—-family reunion in Screven. Great location to area restaurants and other shopping. Actually, the only hotel in the area to meet standards.

Loved the ease of check-in. Amy was great! It’s an easy walk to downtown Jesup. Breakfast was included. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were out of this world.
