The room was spacious, the breakfast had variety and everything was presented beautifully. One thing I noticed was the comfort of all the furniture, from the chairs in the breakfast area to the sofa in the bedroom, extremely comfortable!

Wonderful old property that was very much up to date and modernised with regards to furnishings / bathrooms etc. Friendly staff who provided an excellent breakfast. Within walking distance of the town and restaurants.

This place was amazing. The hotel had everything you could ask for including bikes. The property was in a fantastic location right in town and was just amazing. Breakfast was good and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay.

    The bed was comfy, the view of the ocean from our room...

    The bed was comfy, the view of the ocean from our room balcony was amazing, walking through the town and shops were great, the restaurants were great especially Alice’s. Also the breakfast and coffee all day , and the homemade muffins were special. They had a hot tub and bicycle’s for free on the property. Everything was great , loved our stay and will definitely go back for that view and private beach.

    The Winter solitude was very enjoyable and a nice get away for us. Thoughh the temperatures were chilly there was a lot of activity on the beach. We actually saw people in the water for a dip or surfing.

    Beach was good. Watching people with their dogs was so fun.

    Beach was good. Watching people with their dogs was so fun. Dogs were not on a leash, so often a new dog would arrive and the dogs would run to each other like kids on a playground. We wish we had our dog.
