Our stay at this hotel was really great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, which made our stay very comfortable. We could leave our bags for free after checkout, which was super convenient and allowed us to enjoy our last day in the city without worry. The location is excellent, close to the subway- Manhattan, shops, and several restaurants, so everything you need is nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in New York!

A very good hotel with quite decent guests. Clean and cozy. Despite the fact that the area raises some concerns, the residents do not behave aggressively. The municipality places refugees in this area, but they are normal people, they just do not look like Americans and therefore create false impressions. Polite young guys at the reception.

The loft was an excellent base for exploring New York for two adults and two kids. We had a very easy check-in and great communication with host. The accommodation had everything we needed including WiFi, full kitchen with coffee maker, toiletries, iron, hair dryer etc. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The E and R subway and 7 train are a 3 minute walk away and get into central Manhatten in around 20 minutes. There are a few good food markets in the busy Queens Plaza and a Target in nearby Court Square. Long Island City is a 15 minute walk and has nice restaurants and cafes and a lovely view across the river of Manhatten at night from the Boardwalk. We really enjoyed our stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed there for 12 days and it was so cozy so welcoming, so accessible and has so many amenities close by too, such as the subways, stores, etc. It’s such a quiet and safe area. The room was absolutely stunning. Huge by New York standards. The most comfortable super king bed, softest sheets, fluffy pillows that I had to look and see the make of to get some at home! Our room had a balcony and was right by the Hotel Chelsea sign. The hotel staff were so kind and generous. We got an upgraded room and a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. Breakfast the next day was gorgeous - tons of smoked salmon on Herby cream cheese and sourdough. Eaten in a lovely setting too. We just couldn't believe how lovely and characterful everything was and it was such a privilege to stay in a hotel with so much history. This is not a normal hotel, it's exceptional and unique.
