The location is good just beside the river, easily access to US-19. The privacy is great since the suite is actually a small house far away from other suites. There is even a small playground beside the cottages, a great opening space for kids and access to the river.

The retro decor was amazing and the place has a very chilled vibe which was perfect for what we were after. The room was great and the bed was comfy. We stayed for two nights and slept really well. The owners are so friendly and also went out of their way to help us wash our clothes which we really appreciated so much. They also gave us some recommendations of places to stop off on our way along the Blue Ridge Parkway - we managed some of them and got to see two amazing waterfalls so thank you.

We loved the cleanliness of the room, the brightness, the light, and the decoration, which was truly thoughtful, down to the details of the small pieces of furniture. The river flowing behind the property is very soothing, and the setting feels poetic and bucolic—almost romantic, I would say. The quality of the welcome and the motel overall should serve as an example—even to establishments that claim to be more prestigious—and could truly teach a lesson to the biggest franchises. You can genuinely feel the care and the intention to do everything possible to make the guest feel as comfortable as possible, and it's truly a great success.

    This is the peaceful side of the Smokey Mountains.

    This is the peaceful side of the Smokey Mountains. Not a lot to do in the immediate area, but plenty within a short drive. We ate at the Brickhouse Burgers and Pizza; they have amazing food. Their onion rings are the best that I have ever eaten.

    We go three times a year as vendors for the Thunder in the Smokies bike rally. We love it. Folks are kind and welcoming. We enjoy Guayabitos Mexican restaurant, Organic Beans Coffee Co., Joey's Pancake House, and Country Vittles are our in town favs. Wheels through Time is amazing and our grandson loves to Mini Golf at the local putt putt. It's a quant small town with big charm.

    The cabin we stayed at was in the heart of Maggie valley and it was very nice and close to everything. The Indian we met he told us of his history and showed us their dance and took pictures. We seen elk walking around and turkeys. Everyone was so very friendly and reasonable prices. Best honeymoon and family vacation ever ❤️!!

    Love it!

    Love it! The surroundings are beautiful and people are friendly. We especially enjoy summer with the many activities in the festival grounds. Also car rides to various locations along the parkway. Waterrock Knob for sunsets.

    We really recommend staying at Maggie Valley Cabin Rentals. The cabins are located nicely in a remote (but not too remote) area close to the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. Fire wood was provided and the cabins were extremely cosy and very clean.

    Room was very clean. The bed was exceptional. We were on the second floor but the steps were very easy to handle. The jacuzzi was what we expected and we enjoyed it. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
