The second front desk person was great, we arrived an hour before checkin, was told our room wasn’t ready. I waited 45 mins after checkin began before going back to front desk, room was still not ready, we were graciously upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise!

We are a family of three, who have travelled a lot. The Zen house was such a gem of a find in expensive, crazy Las Vegas. We wanted to be off the strip, but not too far in order to drive and park. This house ticks so many boxes. Comfortable beds on the first floor. Really comfy. Great big sofa in living area, enough for us all to spread out. All spotlessly clean. Great kitchen, stocked with everything you would need. The a/c amazing!!!!! In the heat of LV it was wonderful to come back to. Location to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets easy. A really great home for anyone. I would highly recommend it. Finally a big thankyou to our host. Excellent help and communication..Many thanks.
