The room was large, quiet, well kept and comfortable. It's definitely "well used", but it doesn't look shabby. I would have been happy to stay there if my trip had been longer, and I would try to stay there again when visiting the same area. Breakfast buffet was included and I found it quite decent.

    Needham has a lot of great restaurants and is close to Boston. Getting around Needham by car is easy. The hotel is close to Panera, which the grandkids loved. There are also nice restaurants for couples like Blue, which had wonderful gourmet pizza! There are supermarkets nearby and all kinds of stores. We like that it is less expensive than staying in Boston, a really nice town, easier to park, and yet close enough when you want to visit Boston.

    There is a Stop and Shop nearby, which is great because we had a two burner stove and a full size refrigerator . Also had a dishwasher and everything we needed for cooking except a mixing bowl which I brought with me. Restaurants are nearby. The place was great and we loved it!

    The hotel was extremely clean and breakfast was a plus. Extremely convenient to Gillette and Boston. We stayed here after a Gillette event with plans for Boston the next day. Easy to get to from the highway and all the amenities you could need!

    The plus about the stay is the hotel itself good location not too far from downtown Boston, rooms are well maintained, comfortable. The negatives Reception Staff not friendly at all makes your stay very unpleasant same for the staff at breakfast very loud and rude. I don’t recommend this place unless is your last resort

    The rating reflects the discovery of remains of bed bugs dirt between the folds of the mattress. We check these issues every time we enter a hotel room. The services in the bar and restaurant are very good especially for late arrivals. The hotel changed the room for us and it was much appreciated.

    I lost a ring that means a lot to me, they found it back for me! Thanks! This hotel looks a lot like the Residence Inn nearby, but it's much newer and the heating doesn't come w/ noise. Cheers to that! The reception desk staffs are super friendly and helpful!

    Room was big with full kitchen. Bathroom was nice. Parking easy ( at 10$ per day). Breakfast was good, not too many options but for two days more than enough. There is also a small market area if you need to buy something inside the hotel.

    Breakfast - Appalling. NO staff. Milk in Child's straw-punch containers. In a Hotel!! Hockey puck scrambled egg - on ICE cold plate. Impossible to get coffee machine to work. OJ not fresh. Desk staff very helpful.
