What a trip! We normally travel to Ocean Shores at least 4 to 5 times a year and every time we go we stay at the Days Inn. It's not the most glorious hotel in Ocean Shores but it's a decent room for a decent price and they include breakfast, which for me is a saving since we don't have to go out for breakfast. But honestly what makes this stay worth it is the staff. We had the honor and privilege of meeting Keira this trip and she was amazing. The first morning we met her she was running her butt off making sure that the breakfast was fully stocked at all times, but still made sure to acknowledge us when we walked in. Keira did not hesitate with any requests that we had. We were traveling with my 8-year-old child and she was absolutely amazing with them. It definitely changes the experience when the staff acknowledges your child as an actual human being. When we do normally stay there the staff is always been great and very helpful with any requests that we may have or issues we've had with the room but this trip there was something about Keira and her customer service that put this trip over the top for us.

Ocean Shores is a great weekend getaway. We spent 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Relaxing, comfortable and accessible. Additionally, Ocean Shores has a really nice 18-hole championship golf course. Loved playing it. A few really nice restaurants. One of our favorites is Galway Bay Irish Pub. Great menu and great beverages - Guiness Stout. Amazing movie theater with recliner seats. Ocean Shores has a variety of hotel rooms and rental homes. There is an IGA Store if you are interested in facilities with kitchens. It is well worth the trip. Great place to decompress.

Quinault Beach Resort & Casino is nice but the casino was kept too warm, the machines are tight and the burger in the Big Eats restaurant is average. Not much to do in town besides go out to the coast.

I love ocean shores.

I love ocean shores. good restaurants (where I stayed the restaurant was closed) very walkable area to the shops further down. I enjoyed the thrift shop close by, of course shopping for my taffy & great grandkids t-shirts at Sharky's.

Our family has been coming to Ocean Shores for a summer...

Our family has been coming to Ocean Shores for a summer visit for over 20 years, and we love it now more than ever. The food options are improving, with Bennet's Fish Shack and the Pizza Factory being the best spots. Gotta go to Murphy's for ice cream, but after hours, Virtual Reality is the place to go. We fly kites, and the kite store is always stocked with everything we need. We need a good doughnut shop in town too.

Ocean Shores is a lovely beach town, good restaurants, shopping and amenities. The North Jetty is a fun place to explore but you really want a bright sunny day. People are super friendly and very accommodating. Favourite restaurants include Galway Irish Pub and Bennetts Fish Shack. Many quaint shops to explore - my favourites were the Tipsy Potter and the Celtic Sunflower.

It's a funky little town.

It's a funky little town. Last weekend of July is biker weekend. Not overly crazy though! Ocean Shores Roasters for breakfast and Bennett's fish shack for dinner. Drove through OC Grinds good croissants and coffee to get back on the rode home!

I'm glad I found out before I arrived that we were to check in at a neighbor hotel. It certainly saved time. The rooms were very small but it sufficed for what we needed. We used the sofa bed and the kids said it was comfortable. They thought the sheets were damp but it was just the humidity from being on the coast. The sleeping areas and the bathroom was clean. I was particularly impressed by how up to date the bathroom was.
