Location was good. Wide variety of breakfast foods. Pool and hot tub area is very clean and has a very comfortable atmosphere in which to relax and unwind. Room was very clean and comfortable as well. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Wonderful and helpful staff! Check-in was quick and welcoming. I had questions about the solar eclipse and the front desk staff was very patient and knowledgeable and provided us some tips about the eclipse festivities in the area. Later when I had to switch payment methods, the manager was very helpful and quick in making it right. Clean, large, and uncluttered rooms! Breakfast was also great. No issues with that.

The location is the perfect spot between all the wineries, breweries and distilleries! We loved the cabin (upper lakeview) and facilities provided to us. We'd happily stay there again for another visit to the Finger Lakes, NY.

The apartment itself was perfect, with every detail thoughtfully considered. We especially loved the fire pit and the eco-friendly vibe of the place. Everything was so close, wineries, breweries, restaurants (loved Smokey Pete’s) and Watkins Glen waterfalls not too far away.

Home was new and super clean. Kitchen was well-equipped if we wanted to cook - there were even spices and oils to use. Nice little touches like make up remover towelettes, all light switches labeled, towels super soft, everything you would expect at a hotel but with more room to spread out!

    The town was nice and quiet.

    The town was nice and quiet. A good break from our busy life . The hosts were awesome. We were traveling with our 7 year old but she enjoyed every moment of it. She loved drawing on the driveway with the chalk provided by the hosts. Also the hosts helped her make balloon hat, swords and birds. They didn’t have to do this but they went above and beyond to help us feel at home and according to our 7 year old the hosts, Jean and Mike were the best part of the trip.

    Small farmland town with LOTS OF WINERIES and residential...

    Small farmland town with LOTS OF WINERIES and residential properties blending in. Quiet and homey. The place you come to to have a glass of wine and chill check out the stars!! Or bring the family and have fun in the yard!!! Oh, Pat's (down the road) delivers!!!

    If you enjoy historical sites for bed/breakfast stays this one is wonderful. Owners very concerned for your comfort and happiness. Can not give one negative comment. It was a very enjoyable, relaxing experience.
