Cabin 43 is part of a row of cabins with 2 bedrooms and all amenities needed bar a little table to eat breakfast or dinner. The cabins are four years old and built from solid wood to last. Everything was perfectly clean and in order. The location a few hundred meters off the rim of the gorge is excellent. The Staffel at the entrance were competent and helpful. We certainly would choose this location again.

Awesome room, facilities, restaurant and staff. The lodge is spacious and comfortable. The washers and dryers were unexpected and a huge help.

Peach Springs is amazing with plenty of panoramic views, especially the grand canyon west tour that comes with general admission to the area. If you go, just pay for the overpriced sky walk experience. Although it's a bit too expensive, given there are other free views, it's a must do if you're making the trip anyway. Don't stay at the Haupia Cabins; they're not good. Instead, you may want to stay in nearby Kingman, AZ and drive in to Grand Canyon West. This is a better option, trust me!

The Hualapai Nation / Lodge, is alcohol free.

The Hualapai Nation / Lodge, is alcohol free. They said if you are caught drinking any alcohol in the privacy of your room, you would be fined $200. They said the same thing about smoking. I don't smoke, but I was suprised that you can't drink in your own private room. They said you can't have alcohol for 15 minutes drive in either direction. Also, Train was loud, and the native workers at the hotel were clearly not excited to help people in the lobby. It was not a place I would ever recommend anyone to visit. They also claim they are close to the grand canyon, but when you get there, they give you a map for 1.5 hour drive away to get to the grand canyon. Any hiking requires a permit way in advance. Total train wreck of a city and hotel.

Everything was good the shower took a little time warming up but other than that I will stay again the price is right and that's the reason I stayed it's 2 hours from the Grand canyon but I think the next time I stay will be more closer

It was beautiful and the cabins were super nice.

It was beautiful and the cabins were super nice. It was also very clean! Traveling from Las Vegas I think would be better than whAt we did? We came from Flagstaff and it was a long drive because that is really all there is in the area. It was a 3 1/2 hour drive out.

Looking up at sky after checking in was great.

Looking up at sky after checking in was great. Getting to actual location was confusing. No lights on highway or signs that were visible. Suggest to anyone: get there before it gets dark. Once on property, parking lot was not marked very well. Unable to see where to enter and exit. No arrows or direction signs to actual cabin. They had these small solar lamps leading the way to cabins. No blacktop or paved roads. Vending machines are so far away. No way of walking to them at night, had to get on car and try and find a way to get there

The Lodge as you would expect is on a remote part of Route 66 in Peach Springs. It is in the tradition of the Hualapai people. We had a lovely stay. It was a perfect location to venture to all parts of the area. It’s about two hours in all directions from the Skywalk, Flagstaff and Grand Canyon South. The staff were lovely and helpful. The restaurant was basic but the food was great. There is a help yourself laundry which is useful after white water rafting. We had a great time here for four days.

This is a very nice hotel on Route 66, managed by native Americans. Very comfortable rooms. The swimming pool was great - it had slightly salty water that was very enjoyable. Zero chlorine - very unusual for the US. Also, the tap water did not stink of chlorine like in most other places in the US.

I was extremely pleased with this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was great. Perfect place to stay the night before hiking into Havasupai.
