We have stayed in many Inns and B&Bs around the world, But this B&B is exceptional, some experience we have never had before anywhere. Maureen and Tom are so friendly and open. They have treated us as family members. They have assisted us in whatever question and assistance we needed. And their hospitality and friendly attitude.!. The house is warm, breakfast is a super-duper +++. Feeling of comfort, tranquillity. Great place to stay at the Poconos. Thanks so much Maureen and Tom

The staff were so helpful, especially Carol who even lent us her personal phone and also took our rental car company to task over a problem that would have been far more difficult to resolve because our phones wouldn't work. She even called in when off duty to give us info. Above and beyond the call of duty. You will feel well taken care of at Carriage House.

    The bottom of the lake on the beach is very swampy and silty...

    The bottom of the lake on the beach is very swampy and silty and it is unpleasant to touch it. The water in the lake on some beaches of an unpleasant brown color. The life guards in the pools do not fulfill their duty of keeping order.

    Lakes were beautiful but we rented based on price of house,...

    Lakes were beautiful but we rented based on price of house, after renting, the price went up $400 due to fee assessment by Arrowhead . We did not know that in advance and felt more than “nickel and dimes” won’t rent again from a management company. Just wanted a house to enjoy while we enjoyed the Pocono area, didn’t use one activity there! Took day trips so all the extra $ was wasted for us. We have used many B&B and Air B&B before, won’t use this kind again. The house fees were fair, but not the rest

    We had a great stay at Pocono Lake Cabin! The location is fantastic, right by the lake. The cabin is awesome, looks new, and everything is neat and clean. We loved it! Just note that there’s a community fee that varies by season, and you’ll need to pay extra for the gate key. Other than that, the stay was wonderful!

    Loved the front screen porch and such a cute little house ! Beds are very comfortable! Great area and the community is awesome and the lake is beautiful! The owner was very responsive and always there to answer my questions !
