Lakes were beautiful but we rented based on price of house, after renting, the price went up $400 due to fee assessment by Arrowhead . We did not know that in advance and felt more than “nickel and dimes” won’t rent again from a management company. Just wanted a house to enjoy while we enjoyed the Pocono area, didn’t use one activity there! Took day trips so all the extra $ was wasted for us.
