+ The cleanest place where I‘ve stayed in almost a month roadtrip. (Seriously! It‘s the only hotel we stayed where the floor was cleaned perfectly. And after checkout I saw the cleaning ladys even clean every window inside AND OUTSIDE, lamps, etc which is no matter of course!!) + very chique as the colours match and it‘s really nice lavender, bloomy. + checkin was flexible as we arrived later than 21:00 and it was super easy with the arrangements. + breakfast was super healthy, and obviously prepared with love.

exceptional location on Pt. Arena. An outstanding pizza parlor and nice restaurant just below and if you're lucky the fisherman sell fresh fish on the dock there. Frankie responded immediately to our request.

We loved everything about the property and wish we could have stayed longer! Immaculately clean, his and hers basins in spacious bathroom, great shower, beautiful view of the ocean across the lawn. Fridge, fully stocked coffee machine, charging points by the bed, REALLY comfortable bed. Just perfect.

Becky was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Becky: Thank you so much for putting my whole part upstairs with ocean views, and also for you flexibility with all of the changing message: we are not coming, we ARE comng after all. You are a wonderful host. We are all most appreciative! Also, I loved the hot bath so much. There was plenty of hot water and it was hot enough! A big plus. The heater worked well, and the room was comfortable heat-wise.
