    Very unpleasant They didn’t tell me about the plumbing until after I checked in and was too late to go somewhere else. …had to get up a few hrs earlier then I wanted to , Just so I could use the bathroom, And take a shower! The water was being shut off at 9am Until 3

    Right by the Red Roof there is an excellent gym, Crunch...

    Right by the Red Roof there is an excellent gym, Crunch Fitness, I used it on a previous stay and did so again this time. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel is two minutes to the freeway linking other places. San Dimas is not for everyone, but it suits my purposes as a good base.

    walls are thin so expect to hear loud sex, TV, talking in the next room. San Dimas area is wonderful with everthing you need and short drive to cute Glendora or Monrovia for wonderful restaurants and small town feel with views of the foothills. I didn't go LaVerne direction. lots of parking.

    WE GOT THE HOTEL TO CHECK AND THE PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK STATED THEY HAD NO ROOMS. SHE SAID SHE HAD TO CANCEL OR RESERVATION. WE HAD TO LEAVE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT TOOK FOREVER TO FIND CUSTMER SERVICE TO TALK TO SOMEONE

    This is San Gabriel Valley's "Golden Nugget!" ESSD is my absolute favorite hotel and offers the amenities and quality I seek in my travels. The staff/service is EXCEPTIONAL! 💯
