It is comfortable and clean, the room had a nice atmosphere, a lot of space for clothes, a balcony overlooking the bay and microwave, coffee machine and fridge. The breakfast is included in the price and there are plenty of choices. The staff is very nice. They have a big parking lot for 18$ a night.

I came with three of my friends and we all enjoyed our stay. We booked this accommodation as it was nearby the Oakland Arena as we attended a concert over two nights. All of the staff we interacted with were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed talking to Anthony after our concerts. He was very friendly and professional, as we were the ladies behind the desk during the day. Our beds were comfortable, experienced no issues in the bathroom, the air-conditioning worked well and we all felt safe during our stay as female travelers.

We stayed in a refurbished room and the bed was fabulous! The ladies at the front desk were great. Daisy was very helpful. The room was quiet. Bathroom was very clean.
