Seaside was a small area that gave my family and I a feeling of warmth and safety. We enjoyed dining at the restaurants, visiting the gift shops, biking on the boardwalk, and strolling on the beach. We enjoyed breakfast at our hotel, while the windows were opened in the dining area, letting in the morning breeze off of the ocean!! Seaside is compact and most attractions within a few blocks of each other. The free public parking with restrooms is very convenient. A lot of hotels are on the beach or very close to it.
