I have always enjoyed Sequim. There's so much to do and see.
I have always enjoyed Sequim. There's so much to do and see. Hurricane Ridge is a must to go see. The wild flowers are in mass during July. The Wildlife Refuge is another must see part of Sequim and of course in July the Lavender Festival is awesome.Guest review byConnieUnited States - 10.0

The biggest joy was the Rain Shadow effects.
The biggest joy was the Rain Shadow effects. We enjoyed a fairly clear day without but a sprinkle of rain. As we ventured outside the 15 mile radius , the sky darkened and rain started hitting the windshield. The service we received at restaurants, gas stations, etc was exceptional. People seemed more genuine . All in all a great experience with which we will return again. We ate lunch and breakfast at the OLD Mill and were blown away by the great food and service. For Dinner we ventured over to the Dockside Grill and shared a scrumptious plate of Ale battered halibut, Caesar salad and lemon custard dessert. This was my 70/Birthday that weekend. Went to the wildlife park which was very fun. You can drive around and feed animals. If I had more time. I would have liked to hike to the light house. As it was, Monday night in Sequim was a battle to find dinner before the town shut down. We looked forward to Salty Girls Seafood but it was closed. Italian joint next to it was closed. Tap Room nearby only had beer, no food. Fish and Chips in the church building was closed. Thrilled to find the Thai restaurant open but a 45 minute wait sent us away. The room was clean, quite and very spacious. For just a few dollars more he gave us a suite. It had a seperate space for the kitchen and snack bar, living room area with TV and couch. The other room had a King size bed , desk, Wifi, and was very spacious as well. It also had a balcony with a view. We were able to extend our stay for 3 more days without moving. The owners/employees were all very nice , accommodating and in tune with our needs. I would reccommend a stay with this Lodge to all. Sequim is only a few miles away as well as Sequim Bay State Park.Guest review byTraciUnited States

The guy on reception was so helpful. Let us store our bags when we checked out so we enjoyed our day. Problem with entry to our room was quickly resolved. Always at reception when we needed him. Top man. The room was beautifully decorated with everything to make our stay comfortable. A super comfy bed! And a very competitive price. Right next door was a Diner that did great food.
