    I like the fact that it was in a good location, but that’s it really. The staff need to be more attentive to customers needs and smile when they are serving customers. It looks unprofessional when staff are eating at the back while customers are waiting at the desk to be checked in.

    Compared to other Hampton Inn’s we have stayed at, the room was awful. It had a peculiar odor. It was not as clean as I expected. The tile had mildew and the tub wasn’t the cleanest. The water didn’t go right down the shower and the toilet seat was loose. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was also no makeup remover or lotion on the vanity. The breakfast was so/so. The TV was out because of a thunder storm, and in general if we had planned on staying in the room other than to sleep, we’d have left.

    We meet the room cool and nice. clean beds and the fridge keep our food safe. breakfast was satisfying, parking lot was secure and safe. The housekeeping and breakfast staff was helpful and polite The hotel location was in a good area to access shopping stores and restaurants. Bathroom was in good condition and everything inside function,

    Hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are comfortable nicely furnished and very clean, with iron/ board, fridge and microwave. Bathroom lovely and clean. There is a good restuarant just a few steps from the hotel which serves good choice of food/drink (The View) so you don't have to drive to find somewhere to eat. It was perfect for our stay.
