The staff!! best staff ever! Tofi and Sky, honestly, are the best persons we’ve ever met, they helped us a lot, we will never forget their kindness and sensitivity. We thank you a lot! The room was clean, spacious and modern, kitchen included almost all kitchen accessories. Also, we liked the wi-fi connection, it was fast. Convenient parking. Convenient location, a lot of stores and shopping malls around there.

HUGE room! We stayed for a few days between pre-op and operation and we needed to be close to the hospital. I upgraded to a suite for just a little bit more $$ and it was SO WORTH IT! Huge space, hubby could rest in the bedroom and I could work in the living room without disturbing him. King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was bigger than mine at home! EXCELLENT value!

    If you are a fan of airplanes, recent history, or the space program, Webster is a fine place to visit. This was our second visit. The NASA Space Center has wonderful tours for visitors. The Lone Star Flight Museum is exceptional in its presentation of flyable World War II military airplanes.

    This Hotel was very accommodating,.

    This Hotel was very accommodating,. I live in the area and needed the room for 1 night. After booking 15 minutes later I am in the lobby waiting to check in to see my room. The front desk attendant would have hurried but he was checking in a group of people. Once he finished he apologized and asked if I would like a quieter room then the room I booked. I took it and it was exactly what he said. If I wasn't going to work the next day I would have stayed longer. All in all this place is worth the stay!

    Not happy walking in carpet smell and dirty.

    Not happy walking in carpet smell and dirty. I have stay for 2 days. Due to brother getting open heart surgery so did not have time to change room. Woke up with a bug bite on my eye on my last day. Remote control TV did not work when being on the bed, only worked if I stand up behind the TV.

    Only thing good about it was the low price.

    Only thing good about it was the low price. The Wifi was horrible. Free breakfast was a joke. Go out for breakfast. The grounds were no kept well, it was dirty. The only thing this motel is good for is to check in late, sleep, and get up and leave.

    Hotel - We had to get our own towels as the hotel will not...

    Hotel - We had to get our own towels as the hotel will not clean your room every day due to Covid 19 rules. Our room was cleaned every 4th day but once we understood that, we just got our own towels and took the used ones down to the wash room. Shopping - The mall was about 1 block from the hotel and we felt very safe walking there to just walk around. Eating - There were several very good restaurants within a short drive. We have been staying in Webster several times and the only thing I can say is we will be sooooo glad when the interstate work is completed.

    We only stayed in Webster to visit NASA as we were touring...

    We only stayed in Webster to visit NASA as we were touring Texas so didn't really have a chance to look around. Where we were located was a good shopping area and lots of nice restaurants. We had a lovely meal at the Whiskey Cake.

    Very good, could not have asked for more considering the price. Room was clean and big and had a big modern TV, a fridge/freezer and a hairdryer. I liked that the room had a normal shower instead of bathtub with shower. Even breakfest was included in the price, the breakfast was very basic though with just coffee, juice, oatmeal, pancakes and yogurt. Location was good if you want to be near Houston Space Center. There was a gas station right next to the hotel from where we got some snacks and drinks.

    We really liked the spaciousness of the suite. There were separate rooms for the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining room. Better than my first apartment many years ago! We didn't visit the breakfast or use the pool or gym. But we really liked the hotel location, the friendly staff, and everything about the suite.
