5 Huge Stars to the Staff, room size, cleanliness, parking, wifi, and location. Felt safe. So much shopping. Loved the recliner, kitchen, hardwoods, bathroom, and desk. The bed was nice. Clean. Rooms are on a request clean basis.
Rooms are on a request clean basis. We asked that they freshen the bathroom after the first night. That wasn't done. We has to go to the desk to retrieve fresh towels, a roll of toilet paper, and box of tissues. Second day, we told them what happened and this time asked that they make beds, clean bathroom and provide more towels. That didn't happen either. The room was exactly as we left it and again we had to go to the front desk. Total lack of attention and service. We were very disappointed.Guest review bySusan R
