The receptionist was fluent in English and very professional. The room was big enough, comfy, silent, and rich in facilities. Unlike in other hotels, smoking inside is fairly forbidden. The price was cheap, but we received a luxury treatment. Breakfast was also good. We spent over two weeks in Uzbekistan and this was our best accommodation.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel. Upon arrival we got an upgrade for our room! The room was so comfortable that we didn’t even used the pool (which looks lovely). The staff is super friendly, and helped us a lot. We loved our stay in Kokand, and the hotel is really well placed to visit the city.

I really don't know where to start, maybe with the fact that the rooms are very large and with an unusual arrangement. Everything you want, except good coffee, can be found nearby. A taxi to downtown is around $2. Exotic.

This is a great hotel. We were upgraded to a very large room with a comfortable bed and sitting area. We had a large, clean bathroom with hot water. Air conditioner works well. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is amazing, very tasty and plentiful. The only complaint is instant coffee. Staff are excellent, very friendly, helpful and speak excellent English.
