Facilities were fantastic, gym and pool are excellent. All staff were great, reception staff super helpful. Would suggest to anyone with the budget. First time in Caracas and was pleasantly surprised. Extra points for stocking Auqa De Palma as the toiletries. Food was also superb.

Excellent attention. The reception staff is really nice and friendly. The food was great!. Free shuttle service to the airport. They actually pick you up at the airport as well. Everything was clean and comfortable.
