The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, the location is peaceful and surrounded by nature. There are so many activities to choose from: meditations, yoga, Tai Chi, onsen, massage, swimming pool and so much more. Everything just slows down when you’re there. It was a tranquil moment in what can be a hectic country. It was my second visit and I’ll be back again.

We loved the view from the room on the 25th floor. The room was very large and perfectly furnished. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Perfect location.

Breakfast was super! You get a menu to chose freely from and there was a nice selection of different dishes. The coffee was excellent and the passion fruit juice was a perfect way to start the day. Our room was very clean and fresh, the bed was comfy. Nice shower and a tub if you want a bath. I also need to tell you about the fantastic staff. Everyone was super friendly and eager to help. Everyone greeted us with a smile and always offered to help. A special big thanks to Ruby and Hanna in the reception, you made us feel so welcome and truly elevated our stay. Thank you!
