We had a great stay at the Paris Hotel - everything was new and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was conveniently located. The staff went above and beyond what would be considered excellent service - I was even able to get my laundry done in the middle of the night. The night receptionist didn't speak English at all, but he was so eager and motivated to help that we figured things out in the end. I really liked our room as well - we had a simple double room but it was quite big and I liked the corner location. There was so much nice light coming into the room!

Amazing stay, possibly the best one for me from North to South. Very beautiful room with air conditioning. The host was super helpful in every aspect (communication with Google Translate): he booked for me a taxi ride to Tra Su, gave me a ride to get a good Banh Mi, and helped me to book a Futa bus to Ho Chi Minh. Very recommended.

Friendly staff who organised a motobike to rent as well as the bus to Can Tho for us:) we only stayed one night but enjoyed our time and would come again:) there are also free bicycles to go to the city centers!

New or newly renovated hotel. Comfortable, clean and modern rooms in new condition. The room was quite small but good for the price. Great location in the middle of Chau Doc, next to the market and close to the Futa bus ticket office and pick-up point. Friendly 24/7 reception with a good level of English, they answered our questions and arranged an english-speaking private tour for us to see the surroundings (Tra Su forest, Sam mountain, ricefields).

The value for money here is really great. The rooms have all the basic facilities, are spaceous and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped us book a ferry to Phnom Penh, they even ordered a special vegetarian meal for us on request and laid the table in the reception area after we had checked out. I would really recommend this hotel.

    It has a great vibe, busy without being overwhelming, a nice...

    It has a great vibe, busy without being overwhelming, a nice little promenade and park along the Mekong and a pretty good dining and street food scene. There were some Westerners, but it felt completely untouristy. On the downside, other than our Tra Su Forest and Cham Village tour and the local market, there’s not a hell of a lot to do.

    Small town.

    Small town. No Grab service in Chau Doc. went to Tra Su cajuput forest by Taxi, in a remote area and hard to get transportation to the forest, taxi driver waited ( I didn't ask him to wait) he wanted to make more money with the return to town trip. Basically it does not have the necessary public infrastructure to support tourists.

    Located on the outside of Chau Doc, its ca. 20 min walk/8min taci from the river. During our stay, it was almost completely, however, we enjoyed the clean rooms and restaurant balcony servicing. The staff is kind and helpful but cannot speak good english so do not expect too much help planning tours to the Tra Sa Forest or Sam mountain. Motorbikes are rented at a fairly expensive 180k/day. Also not very social for international guests.

    The room waa clean, with plenty of room and a warm shower. The host was very accommodating, informing us of where to eat and helping us book our ferry tickets to Cambodia. I loved the rooftop garden area which was so relaxing. This place is in walking distance of the boat stop to Phnom Penh (650m) and the perfect stop of point. You can easily get around Chau Doc and we found it was one of the nicest towns we visited in Vietnam.

    Fabulous hotel. Great location just 5 minutes from the harbour. Efficient, courteous, and kind assistance from all the staff, particularly Minh and Ly, as well as the young man who welcomed us into the hotel (sorry, I didn't get his name). The room was perfect, exactly as shown in the photos. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Excellent value for money.

    This property is located close to The Victoria Hotel, which was the departure point for the speedboat to Cambodia. The room was very basic, but clean. Really close to the Coop Mart supermarket, some cafes, and other street food.
