Best, most helpful staff! We left Hanoi early in the morning and the staff even prepared bags with breakfast for us, so kind. Breakfast was great with plenty dishes you could also order a la carte. Perfect location too! Great value for money

Great location in the old quarter close to everything. Beautiful hotel and room. Probably the best breakfast we had on our trip. Mia looked after us she was so friendly and helpful. She even organised a birthday surprise in the room for my husband. I can’t rate this hotel highly enough

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. It was our first stop after arriving from Ireland and we couldn’t have been happier. The staff were excellent and the hotel was beautiful. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to all our needs. The food was delicious and the cocktails on the rooftop bar had us coming back for more. If I was in Vietnam for longer, I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.

Customer service is of excellent quality! Be vocal to staff with your needs - they always go the extra mile to cater for it. They gave local food stall suggestions that were away from tourist traps, making our trip more locally intricate.
