A luxury 5 star hotel at its best. Our room was great we had a whole window-wall with ocean view. The room was big, very clean and with great design especially the bathroom. Many soaps, towels, bathroabs. Amazing pool on the roof facing the ocean and also a very nice cafe and restaurant. The staff is very kind and helpful to all your needs at all times. I forgot my glasses on my last day in Vietnam and they have been extremely helpful and caring, to help me get them back searching for the best way possible for me. This stay was a great value for money. With a cheap grab you can get to the city or the airport very quickly. The beach is directly across the street and seemed nice as well however we couldn't visit because it was stormy the day we were there.

An amazing hotel ,owned by the most beautiful people in Vietnam,our room was huge,super clean with the most astonishing view of the sea,big toilet and shower ,the owners is a lovely family that sees there customers like there own family ,advices and any help we could get was freely given to us with the most happiness,walking distance to the 2 vegan vegetarian restaurants,the fruit and cloth market is about an easy walk of 25 minutes passing from canals and beautiful parks ,I would say the kindest Vietnamese people live in dong Hoi ,the neighbourhood salutes you with a smile while walking without the need to sell you something,the hotel is in a peaceful neighborhood,the air-conditioning in the room is clean (no mold smell)

We liked the local eateries serving traditional food. The locals were the friendliest we have met so far. The area is really chilled and the residents of Dong Hoi seem of a happy disposition. Paradise cave is well worth a visit. Get a private taxi there for 7am opening and you may be lucky enough to have the entire cave to yourself, as we did! Try the eel noodles. If you’re from the UK the eels don’t tast like they do at home, they are meaty and have zero fishy taste or odour. Delicious. If you fancy a craft beer, M Steakhouse has amber ale, stout and pale ale. We went here for a break from Vietnamese food and wasn’t disappointed.

We loved the caves up in Phong Nha National Park and the whole surroundings. It was a great excursion. We rented scooters in Dong Hoi and drove there. Nature is amazingly beautiful. There is not much traffic, but it's good to be at the Paradise Cave early. When the tour groups arrive, the atmosphere gets destroyed, as everywhere. The boat trip into Phong Nha Cave was nice. There we went later in the afternoon, again because then the groups have gone. We preferred staying down in Dong Hoi because it's more of a local scene there are excellent restaurants in town.

It is a stop off spot to go to Phong Na and other points, but the city is very charming, not very touristy. We loved it - go to the street market, the tree hugger cafe and seafood stands on the beach.

Dong Hoi has some beautiful beaches by the resorts, but...

Dong Hoi has some beautiful beaches by the resorts, but there really isn't much else going on. There seemed to be 1-2 streets where you could shop or buy things, and there was no nightlife. I think it's very much a resort town — and people don't leave those resorts.

Caves are really a great attraction to visit in Vietnam! In addition to the caves and nature, we enjoyed the river view and walking along the river. We visited the other side of the river where the locals live in small picturesque houses.

Best Cave Tour Ever !!

Best Cave Tour Ever !! Must Must try and stay in front of Beach Hotel. PHONG NAH Cave is the #1. then Dark Cave. then Paradise Cave. Can't do 3 caves in 1 day. only 2 cave tour possible. So do it all in 2 days for all 3 caves.

This is my first solo trip and this hotel really did make it more wonderful🤩 The owner here are soo friendly and always eager to help. Im also kind of a traveler who want to experience the local life in every place I been to so this helped alot!! They also picked me up and dropped me off at the aiport for free! The taxi whenever I want to go anywhere is also outrageously cheap!! I highy recommend to choose this hotel if you want to have a memorable time here in Quang binh with a very affordable price. LOVE LOVE LOVE !!😍

Hotel is near to riverside and city center. Guy in reception was very kind, helpfull and do the best of himself. He speaks engilish good. He carry our suitcases to the second floor. He helped to us to find tour agency for Phong Nha & Paradise Cave. Allthough hotel don't give breakfast, there is a kichen you can prepare your breakfast. Kichen have a refrigater and a water heater. Room is clean and big, Tovels and sheets are clean. In hotel, everthing is new. WIFI is good.

The welcome, very clean room and bathroom very spacious with nice vue, super comfortable bed and mattress, very nice staff, special thanks to Ha(Hana) who speak very good english and gave me the right informations, always smiling and friendly, she took me to the local bus to Phong Nha in the morning 👍. Thank you to the owner wife for the welcome, always offering you a cup of tea or coffee. I highly recommend it. 🙏👍🙏

I cannot fault this hotel in any way, it exceeded all expectations. Extremely clean, modern and the staff at the front desk and door could not be more helpful, particularly Nhan. The food and drinks at the restaurant are great. The building and interior is so gorgeous, the rooms are big, and the beds are so comfortable. Such great value for money, highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Dong Hoi!
