Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.

Everything was amazing. It's. Small place with the reception and just behind, the rooms and bathroom. Everything is pretty clean, both room, beds and bathroom. It's such a cute and adorable place. There's ac, fan and private fan in the room, the wifi is awesome. There are curtains. Locker, so you have privacy. Bathroom is good with a great shower and hot water. If i ever come back to this city, I would for sure stay there. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and market and the reception woman is pretty kind.

    Most travelers skip Haiphong. This is a mistake.

    Most travelers skip Haiphong. This is a mistake. If you travel to eat, don’t skip Haiphong. The food is interesting, delicious, varied and exceptional. We had the best Pho here that we’ve had in four trips to Vietnam. The people of Haiphong are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The city center has a lovely park running through it. The old colonial architecture is rundown in places but interesting to look at. We stayed out of the old city in a modern development, but would stay in the center next time even though GRAB and the city bus are easy to use.

    The hotel is located a few steps from Hai Phong Railway Station in close proximity to the park in a new, modern building. Just around the corner is a bazaar where you can sample local specialities. The room was large, bright, clean with a balcony and a beautiful view of the city. We had a small problem with the drain in the bathroom but it was quickly fixed by the staff. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hai Phong.

    A well-known hotel brand, I have stayed in this hotel many times, and it has always been an enjoyable stay. The staff are always friendly. Location is a few kilometres from the airport, and there are places to eat and have a drink nearby. Aeon supermarket is just 1 kilometre from the hotel and also has a large selection of restaurants and eateries and plenty of shops.

    IRIS Hotel Hải Phòng has friendly staff. The room was clean, reasonably spacious, and included a balcony. While a bit worn, the hotel is located in a quiet area with a convenient location near the airport. Just across the street, by the lake, there’s a very good seafood restaurant — but be aware that they only accept cash.
