Very warm welcome and excellent service. The motorcycle pilot was very friendly and made us feel safe for two days. Great atmosphere within our small group of four during the loop. No issues upon return—he even offered us a shower while we waited for our bus to Sapa. The only minor downside was the noise in the morning from 6 AM (as in most tourist areas in Vietnam). We highly recommend it!

Great place, very spacious, clean and with a balcony. Big plus is the staff that help with everything. Rented a semi-automatic scooter with them to do the loop solo. They helped me plan it, were flexible on extending while on the loop and booked all I needed for my return to Hanoi.

I can’t say enough good things about LiLa Inn, especially the staff. When we arrived we had the intention of driving the loop ourselves. Being from the USA, we unfortunately did not have the proper license to do. The front desk went over every possibility for us and took 2 hours of their time to figure everything out. They will hold your hand through the process, and that is worth the stay alone. We’re actually staying with them again when we head back to Ha Giang once we’re done with the loop.
