The staff were really friendly. We were on a layover so just needed the room for a night. Cheap and cheerful. Handy if you are needing to be close to the airport and they picked us up and dropped us off, which was super easy in the chaos of the airport.

Very spacious room with comfortable king size bed and the most amazing bathroom. The couple who run it were so helpful. I turned up having not eaten all day so they got me in a pizza. I also haven’t been well (picked up a bug) the guy (sorry I didn’t get his name) could tell I was struggling so carried my bags up the road to the taxi. If you’re looking for an airport stop over….look no further.

We arrived very late and even got something to eat which was very tasty! The location is ideal id you need to catch a flight and the staff was super helpful! The room itself is nothing special but totally does its job and is clean and tidy

    Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

    We notified Hanoi Airport Hotel that we would be arriving late due to flight delays. The owner contacted us personally at 11 pm when our flight landsd to make sure for the meeting point at the airport for airport transfer service. Chio hotel room was clean, comfortable,... Very well presented. Warm and comfortable.

    We were welcomed and checked in early. The room is spacious, clean and very quiet, the staff is friendly. we had an early flight and the kind boss prepared cakes and milk as a take away breakfast. I highly recommend this service. We recommend that you choose Haap hotel when you need to transit the airport
