Very cosy room with great views! A nice quiet location yet only a short walk from Sapa and the market. Staff was also very friendly and helpfull and they served tasty (partially home grown) food. Highly recommendable.

EVERYTHING!!! Mama Tom Tom doesn't just offer her house and food, she offers a glimpse into the tradition and culture of the villages in the Sapa Valley. Mama Tom Tom is an incredibly kind and hardworking lady who speaks great English!! She took us on a 2-day trek with 1 night stay in her home. The treks had the most beautiful views, to which Tom Tom added her insights and answered all our curious questions! Her home is humble (built by her husband!!!), clean and traditional with all the basics that you require. NOT TO FORGET the most gorgeous view just outside!! She offers breakfast and dinner in the package, and lunch on the treks! I cannot emphasize the value for money enough!! If you are looking to support a local Hmong woman and learn about their culture, look no further!! O' Chau Mama Tom Tom ❤️

The home is in the center but in a quite corner with mountain views where you can enjoy the calmness and quietness while being in Sapa. The room is very clean and comfortable with everything you need for your confort. The garden of the property is beautiful as well and overall we had a beautiful stay. 100% recommended if you are looking for a quite and cozy place to stay in Sapa :)

A lovely and quiet homestay in Ta Van that truly feels like home. Kim and Nam are both incredibly warm and welcoming—Kim's hospitality makes you feel like part of the family, and Nam is a fantastic cook who treated us to delicious meals every day. 1. The hotel is near the city centre. 2. The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and kind. They even packed some food for us when we checked out since we have kids which was very thoughtful.. 3. They helped us with ticket bookings and gave discounts aswell for us.. we actually got the tickets fir lesser price when we checked outside.. 4. The hotel is very neat and the breakfast also had many options to choose from which kept us full during the day.. 5. For us family of 4, the room seemed a little small for our luggage and us, other than that everything was exceptionally here.. 6. We really enjoyed and are satisfied with our stay in My Boutique Hotel.
