The hotel was really nice, the room super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were unbelievable, each and everything of them. Very nice and welcoming. Helpes us with everything we needed. They upgraded us to better room as we arrived.Really amazing team. We enjoyed every one of them. Great motorbikes service. Walking distance to the beach.

Attentiveness of the staff, it’s well trained and I can say only good words about the hotel management system. Lobby with waiting area, easy check-in, great room, brand new and well-maintained. Increbidle styled room in Japanese made very happy staying here. Hospitable owners, helped to organize excursions very fast (I woke up about 10:45 and realized that want to see Halong Bay , but the departure starts from 11:00), literally last time booking. Also booked for me the bus to Ninh Binh. Very nice memories .

This Hotel is situated away from Halong centre. The area is full of new buildings waiting to be used. When this area takes off it won't be so quiet. But for now it is a surreal setting, with all the buildings and no one around. Just a sort drive to Halong centre or a short walk to Sunworld it does have the best location as far as we were concerned. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room exactly as described.
