Very clean and beautiful… i stayed in the suite well worth it!! Staff Where very helpful! Defiantly would recommend staying here and will defiantly be returning also! Location is great right next to pristina mall can walk there in 5 mins

The price was very good according to other hotels, breakfast was very tasty, staf was very welcoming. The restaurant on the top of hotel has a really nice view. I hope they keep it this way. Next time I'm going back there for sure 🙂 Toilet had shampoo, clean towel, hairdryer, there was an Iron and a desk in the apartment, also TV.

From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and professional. Overall, the Swiss Diamond Hotel is an exceptional hotel. With its great location, fantastic facilities, and outstanding staff, I highly recommend it to fellow travelers.
