The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel's restaurant is a standout in its own right, offering delicious food served by a top-notch team. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, displaying genuine warmth and attentiveness. Also worth mentioning, room service exceeded our expectations. Our studio room felt like a home away from home, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, two comfortable rooms, a spacious living area, and a balcony. The attention to detail from everyone involved made our stay truly memorable.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The beach, The beach bar, The rooms, the restaurant, the food, the staff, the casino all was perfect. I usually hesitate to go to all inclusive hotels but this was top quality and chic and very high end! I absolutely LOVED it!

The construction of the entire hotel was an amazing experience in and of itself. We noticed so many details where it was apparent that great care and thought was used in the choice of materials used to construct the hotel and to decorate every corner of the place. All this made the environment extremely inviting, comfortable and cozy. Although we actually live in this city and were just having a girls’ night away, we felt that we have traveled to another land! Thanks to the couple who designed and built and run this hotel for creating an environment where we could thoroughly enjoy our time away from home! Dinner was wonderful in the hotel restaurant. The cafe was warm and inviting. The beds were very comfortable! The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners were friendly, personable, attentive to our needs and clearly very capable! We really enjoyed talking with them.

The food was great, a la carte restaurants were wonderful, we were able to find delicious Italian food that we couldn't eat in Italy. We would like to come again "with pleasure" :)
