Would love to visit again! The birdlife is beautiful, and the beach quest a whole experience for our 4 yr old. The location is so quiet and at the same time full of life!! Everything was wonderful. The room was beautiful and extremely clean, with a really comfortable bed. Personnel, particularly Curvin at the reception desk, were helpful and courteous.

Perfect stay! This was by far the best place I stayed over my 20 days on South Africa. Not only the rooms exceed my expectations, but the hospitality of the hosts was amazing! This couple went out of their way to make sure that I had everything , gave me info on what to do. The room is great decorated with all the necessary items and with quality brand toiletries and sweets! I wished I had stayed more! Ps. The sunset is amazing and you get to see some cute birds and small animals above the fence of your room!

this is a most beautiful place on the ocean shore where we has been. I leaved in South Africa during one year (working on the construction of wind turbine farm). Me and my family visited a lot of places in Western Cape but Gourikwa Nature Reserve staying deep deep in our harts. The accommodation houses gives so real feeling of privacy and a great nature wondering non-stop. We has been in three different houses during 2023 / 2024 and each time it was more wonderful than previously. Our kid running on the beautiful grass yard of Honeymoon house (fisherman house 19) - its so much happy feeling to see him smiling every minute:) For all families who going to visit Gourikwa Nature Reserve - please be sure that you will get a most nice time spending ever. Just try to imagine - to have a nice braai dinner with family on your private terrace and see the whales in the ocean in front of your house. And yes - we dropped the coin into the ocean waves because we are sure that we will return to this fantastic place.
