Faith and her partner are lovely hosts and very welcoming. The room was extremely spacious and very luxurious. The breakfast was also huge and very tasty so i would also recommend ordering that for your morning too. Glad i arrived reasonably early to have some time to enjoy the comforts

Our stay was wonderful! Check-in was smooth, and we were warmly welcomed by the friendly host and staff. The house is beautiful – spacious, well-decorated, and very comfortable.     Too many potholes inside the town, not good for a car safety. Nothing to write home about for the place and duration of my stay. Seemed safe place though if one wants a quite place to relax. Lots of familiar shops similar to ones in big towns.

    The people of Ermelo are wonderful but Bookings.com is not people orientated and killing service providers' businesses. How would you feel if you were in my shoes. I was badly treated 3 times in 3 months

    Ermelo is a beautiful town we often drive through and visit. Shopping experience is great, with all you need, at any of the numerous shopping centres and malls. Great outdoor activities available for the adventure lovers.

    It is a quiet little town.

    It is a quiet little town. We didn’t get to see much as we were there for a family Christmas celebration and almost everything was closed. I didn’t see any attractions that stood out for me, so I wouldn’t know what to recommend to a fellow traveller

    I wouldn’t elect to visit again.

    I wouldn’t elect to visit again. We only went there for a wedding (stunning wedding venue just outside the town) but Ermelo itself is not the best kept and the trucks drive right past all the accommodation (most accommodations are in a specific road and this seems to be the main truck route, making it super difficult to sleep).

    Ermelo is an OK place to stop if you are travelling from the...

    Ermelo is an OK place to stop if you are travelling from the east coast on route to J'burg or up to the Kruger area. It is a very busy town, with quite a lot of heavy traffic. There is a fairly large supermarket if you need to stock up on provisions.

    I had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The house was absolutely beautiful—by far the best I’ve seen in Ermelo! The décor was stylish and thoughtfully done, making me feel right at home. Having the entire house to myself for under R1,000 was such great value, especially for a place this stunning. I also appreciated the convenience and safety of parking my car in the garage instead of outside. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the electric blankets were a lovely bonus. The food was exceptional, and Chef Tim's passion for his cuisine truly shines through. If you're passing through Ermelo or staying overnight, be sure to stop by 44 on Ennis Restaurant - you won't be disappointed!
