The location was amazing. Right on the edge of the gorge with stunning views, only a short walk from the stay. Clean and comfortable living spaces with well kept furniture and kitchenette. It was truly a lovely stay!

    The gardens were well kept and beautiful an extra treat...

    The gardens were well kept and beautiful an extra treat being able to walk around the farm. The house we stayed in was lovely, beautifully and interestingly furnished. The drive and viewing point to the Oribi Gorge was fantastic. My only (not important negative) is only 1 bathroom.

    Serene and peaceful.

    Serene and peaceful. Spacious rooms and a fully kitted kitchen. Comfortable, clean rooms tastefully decorated. Bring a mosquito repellent and comfortable walking shoes. It gets very hot in summer, the rooms are not air conditioned. Other places to visit around there include Leopard Rock, ( be sure to stop at the restaurant) Hoopoe falls (worth the 7km trail each way), and set aside a day for the Eland Game Reserve- spend some time at the lake by the campsites, if brave enough, walk the suspension bridge, walk down the 383 steps to the caves and also experience the ziplines.
