Beautiful place! Kept the classical charm of the era! Frontline staff were very welcoming and our book-in was a breeze. The room was fresh and clean, can't fault anything. Breakfast had nice arrays of food, Everything was fresh. Staff were good, kind and friendly. Nice restaurants around, refer to pictures.Nice places to eat at was Fables and TERBODORE the Coach house. Excellent accommodation and furnishings. Tastefully furnished. Upmarket feeling. We didn’t experience any outages while there even though Eskom announced an outage. Gorgeous building with history attached. Mist rolling in makes it romantic and mysterious destination. Perfect for overnight stop from Gauteng to Natal North or South Coast. Beautiful interior and rooms and everything smells fresh and clean. Sadly we missed out on the restaurant due to our program during the stay but had a look at menu and everything seems delicious.
