It felt like Italy, the restaurant on site made it easy to grab a proper meal, no need for Uber or unhealthy fast food, we enjoyed juicy and soft lamb chops, the beer was ice cold. The room was roomy and high water pressure showers. We had a small issue in the room, but they were quick to respond and solve it, I am very impressed.

The location is within reach to shopping centre. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Receptionist Ruth, being at the front door of the company, you have all the qualities to be there. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one. The food was nice, spacious rooms and had facilities for children to play. The customer service is at another level. All in all, we had an amazing time.

I absolutely loved the ambience: tranquil and secluded. A perfect getaway. I was on a solocation and enjoyed recharging and some solitude. The rooms are squeaky clean and the bed terribly comfortable! The staff is friendly and I asked one of them to take pictures of me for memories. I also loved that staff is LGBTQ affirming. 10 10 10 across the board!

    Nelspruit is a well run city, s gateway for anyone passing through to Maputo-mozambique, Limpopo, the Kruger Park. The one bad thing about the place is lack of taxi services like Bolt or Uber locally. One has to do with the local minibus taxis which do not always service some areas and operate at set hours. There are some operators but charge speculative fares due to the absence of app based taxis. I'm told this is due to minibus taxi operators blocking their activities. An example is going to/fro the airport which is problematic, or going to Maputo. There are few options.

    I liked the game tour honestly I liked everything about pumba except the little incident of not having water on the last day we had to drive back without shower but luckily we stay around otherwise it would have been a long travel without shower maybe if we can have a backup for such cases

    Nelspruit is beautiful and refreshing, good for bonding, exploring beautiful places and panorama route is the best. People are friendly and that place is green and breathtaking. We visited the Gorge, Gods Window, the Bourke, Three rondavels and their beautiful waterfalls eg. Berlin, Mac, Lisbon and there a cruise for viewing 3 rondavels and mostly it’s cards payment

    We were there for Innibos, what an amazing experience hats off to the organization for a very well run event. Enjoyed our Breakfasts at Que's 2 mornings in a row and was very disappointed on Sunday morning when it was still closed when we arrived more or less the same time. It was amazing to see how the town was a buzz from Thursday to Saturday and a ghost town on Sunday morning after the festival. Was very thankful for the Primary schools park n ride initiative and worked very well for us.

    The weather was so welcoming more than i thought it would be, the town is so clean and welcoming as well. The nature around gives a person peace of mind. The views are stunning. It is easy to get around the town with all restaurants and malls closer to each other. Entertainment places are just at the right spot.

    Great place for a variety of activities, whether it's for shopping, entertainment, activities or site seeing. It is centrally located in the beautiful Mpumulanga area with so much choice of great restaurants and niche places. Clay & Coffee, Montana, Friends Cafe, Mopani Coffee Shop, Zest Restaurant.

    The room was clean, fresh and the bed very comfortable. The place is very well kept, serene and quiet. The Willow Inn is situated in the upmarket side of town and very safe. The hosts were absolutely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and well presented. If we go to Nelspruit again, it would be an obvious choice.

    Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast and dinner options are great, staff is very friendly. Hotel perfectly situated near the highway and central Nelspruit and reasonable pricing. All in all we had a great stay there, albeit only for one night. We can recommend staying at Protea Nelspruit.
