What an amazing B&B, great hospitality from Tersia and Pieter, catered to our individual dietary requirements with a huge spread for breakfast! Very large rooms with a fridge, cooking implements etc. great outside area as well with a pool and jungle gym for the kids. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in future.

This property was absolute WOW. Out in the nature, spacious and very well equiped. Enjoying a cup a coffee early morning or a glass of wine / Amarula late afternoon next to the waters was the best medicine for an extremely tired soul. The homemade rusks were delicious 😍

we booked this property on the same day, and the site gave us a last minute offer... we had a long drive to get there (we were coming from Gaborone) so as soon as we had confirmation we continued driving... which meant we missed the message from the property telling us there was a mistake and that they well fully booked.... we didn't get that message until we were only about 10km away and the time was after 10PM... so... with that background, the South African ability to "make a plan" kicked in... we were led to a nearby house that was on the city's historical register, and brought inside. after searching a box full of keys, we were give a room in this house - which turned out to be one of the nicest and most interesting places I've stayed in. the couple that runs this property is renovating this house so in the future this could be the primary B&B. the room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and we were given the rate promised on the website. in the morning, we went to the "main" house for a very nice breakfast. they really turned what could have been a catastrophic situation into a memorable (in the best way) experience.
