Clean! Very Clean!!! Fresh white sheets and towels everyday. Delicious food! Professional and Friendly staff. It’s a really comfortable and cozy place to stay. Beautiful garden, quiet and peaceful. I will definitely be back. Whenever I’m in Harare I will not stay anywhere else.

They don't provide breakfast, but there's a restaurant next to the hotel that adequately provides this, as well as excellent meals. I believe they also provide room service, but we always ate at the restaurant.

The customer service at Masawara Urban Retreat was exceptional.
