The apartament is very cosy, clean and very well located, only 5 min from the beach. Having shop and restaurant downstairs is very handy. Beautiful swimming pool, not crowded, clean and big enough to swim. The host Joni is a great example of Albanian kindness and professional client approach. We arrived at Golem with the broken car., Joni helped us a lot, taking us to the car mechanic who luckily managed to repair our car for a very reasonable proce as well. We can say that they both saved our holiday. Thank you so much. We would definitively recommend Joni`s apartment.

Andy is the perfect host! Excellent and fast communication, punctual with key drop off and collection. From the first contact to leaving the property everything went super smoothly. The apartment is pristine!!! Bed super comfy and even has brand new, unused saucepan and pot if you feel like cooking something. Shower is lovely! Hot water on demand. Windows have great sound and heat insulation and the studio is lovely and warm at all times. The complex grounds are beautiful and green, with bars, coffee shops, supermarket and bakery all onsite, but it doesn't feel busy and it's not noisy. Walking "home" around midnight I noticed everything closed and the whole complex was beautifully peaceful and quiet. The property is around 5mins walk from the main road which is full of bars, coffee shops, clothes shops and everything else one finds on a busy high street. There's always people walking about on the main road, and the area felt very safe. About a 25min walk to the city centre. All in all a wonderful first experience in Tirana and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Andy!!!!
