It is very cosy. Location wise was like a 10 minute walk to syngrou fix metro.There is a working kitchen where you can cook and a huge refrigerator. We were surprised by a Monday market nearby which sells local produce.

The flat had everything we needed, making it feel very homely, it was very well equipped and had an iron and a hairdryer which was great. We have been to a few self catering apartments and irons seem hard to come by! The location was brilliant being very close to the metro making it great to explore Athens from and the views from the flat are just stunning. Spiros met us at the flat to show us around and give us some recommendations which was very helpful. Just a shame we only had two nights there at the end of our 2 week trip round Greece :)

Fantastic, very spacious and modernly furnished, there is everything a tourist might need. Right next to the entrance there’s a bakery (delicious fresh bread), and a bus stop, from where you can easily get to the nearest metro station, or another district of Athens. Although the apartment is located on one of the main streets, it does not interfere with a comfortable stay at all. The bedroom is located in the back, away from the hustle and bustle, which allows for a good night's sleep. Comfortable king size bed, solid mattress. A small terrace on the side of the bedroom allows to even bask in the sun while maintaining privacy. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at the flat for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Dimitris was also very responsive, which made communication easy. The flat is in a nice building, and both the kitchen and bathroom are brand new. There’s a restaurant just across the street that stays open late — if you're sensitive to noise, earplugs might help, but we were fine. In fact, we had dinner there and loved it! The neighborhood has a great vibe. Great spots to eat around and underground and supermarket close by. There's also a beautiful sunset spot just 10 minutes away. If I come back to Athens, I would definitely stay here again. Efharistó!

This is one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in when it comes to find accommodation in capitals. The apartment is amazing and perfect for long-term stays! I still remember it with delight, and when I go to Athens, I will only stay here. The owner of the apartment is a very responsive and polite person who constantly checked in to see if everything was okay and if we needed any assistance. The apartment has two wonderful balconies, and working on them is a real pleasure. An important detail: there’s a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms—especially relevant if your girlfriend likes to take long showers :)

I visited Athens for a short business trip and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The apartment was not only brand new, stylish, and beautifully designed, but also incredibly comfortable and functional. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to everything I needed. Most importantly, it was right across from the sea. One of my favorite features was the spacious and luxurious bathroom, and the lounge area was the perfect spot to relax. But the true highlight for me was the balcony with its stunning sea view. Spending time there after work was incredibly refreshing and calming. What really stood out was the outstanding hospitality. Everything was smooth, professional, and thoughtfully arranged, making the entire stay completely hassle-free. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Athens for business.
