This is a wonderfully peaceful place with an exceptionally thoughtful host, making our holiday stay truly memorable. On the day we arrived, we were touched to find that the host had already turned on the air conditioning, ensuring a cozy warm welcome. We later discovered that this caring gesture continued throughout our stay - the room was always comfortably warm when we returned each evening.The accommodation was particularly family-friendly, with a specially prepared baby cot that helped our little one sleep soundly. The inclusion of a washer-dryer combination was a fantastic convenience for families.The location is incredibly convenient - just steps away from the tram station. Between the accommodation and the station, there's a medium-sized supermarket, and the neighborhood features a 7-Eleven and a drugstore, making daily shopping effortless.I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

I liked how big the house was for five people. The kitchen and living room were comfortable, spacious and made us feel at home. The bright, huge bedrooms and the view with Skytree was really nice. the host came to the house to fix the shower drainage which was at fault promptly right after we called. There were three different stations accessible from the house by bus. Accessibility is nice to Akihabara, Ikebukuro, and Skytree. The convenience of having a family mart right down the house.
