Restaurant has everything you need. Place has its own beach and 5 min walk you will have a famous beach. Our host Latte was really helpful and kind. I would recommend it.

Very short walk to Salad beach. The staff were very helpful: everything we asked for we got immediately. The private pool is very clean and nice. We've been there with 3 little kids and had great time.

Amit and his wife as well as the staff are super friendly and helpful. You really feel at home when staying in Joy houses. I would definitely come back. The view from my room upstairs was also incredible and you have a kettle, some cutlery and tableware in your room. Amit even took me to the port himself!

We stayed at T villas for a couple of nights in between Christmas and New Year's Eve. It was an absolutely perfect place to stay for our family of four. We have stayed at other villas in Koh Pha Ngan, and in comparison to the other villas T villas is superior. The woman who greeted us is so friendly, and has a beautiful nursery in her yard of tropical plants. The villa itself is perfect for what we like, and our children had an awesome view from their bedroom (we stayed at the first villa at the top of the hill). The pool is a perfect size and very refreshing. The walk to the beach is 30 seconds, which is key for us. We loved the restaurant up the hill called C2 - you get a stunning view of the bay here and excellent food. We also liked a few of the restaurants on the beach. Overall the beach had small town vibes, which is what we look for - excellent atmosphere!

The Joy Beach Villas ligger i Hinkong, 0 minutters gang fra Hin Kong Beach og 4,9 km fra Phaeng Waterfall. Her er gratis wi-fi, aircondition, en udendørs swimmingpool og en have. Vi har simpelthen ikke en finger at sætte - det her hotel, deres personale og deres faciliteter var fuldstændig fantastisk !!! Værelset havde alt hvad med havde brug for og med’ til.

Clean house near the sea, the house look new , helpful owner , it was my first time staying here and i will come back again!

I liked that the apartment was large, spacious and very cozy, with a wide sofa and high ceilings, and the guy who welcomed me was very, very nice to me and let me stay a few hours beyond the time I had to check out.
