Everything was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The friendly and attentive staff at the reception, restaurants and pool ensured that we felt incredibly comfortable, while the outstanding daily cleaning service added an extra touch of comfort. The hotel is beautifully designed and provides a delightful retreat from the city's hustle.
The culinary experiences at restaurants Alizee, Demon Duck, and Tutto Passa were exceptional, each offering delicious dishes that were beautifully presented. We left with wonderful memories of every detail, including the care, quality, and overall experience provided by the entire team.

Breakfast was amazing. I am a pure vegan no onion no garlic but chefs were friendly and assisted me very nicely. Excellent!! Very cooperative staffs and I was not sure if i am going to be staying the next day as I wanted to fly away waiting for my visa, the manager allowed extended check out by couple of hours. very kind. My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The hotel is luxurious, comfortable and new. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I had a problem, the reservation staff were very friendly, tried to make me feel better. They recommended that I write to the support team. Then I wrote to the support team, they responded very promptly and solved my problem.
