Offering a subtropical garden and a swimming pool, Bristol Hotel is situated just a 2-minute walk to the main street in Gibraltar. The Rock of Gibraltar is just 3 km away. This was an old-style hotel, reminiscent of most of Gibraltar. It was very colonial, but very nicely appointed, and perfect for my stay. The staff were incredibly good, and could not have been more helpful. Friendliness was the key, and they went out of their way to do as much for me as they could, ev en when I asked for some special timing with laundry for example = quick service. They complied very happily.

We were on the ocean front with the beautiful sound of waves. Easy access to the apartment, which was spotless and fully equipped. There is a restaurant and parking nearby. The Rock is the backdrop of the colorful neighborhood.

Everything very clean and new, staff very supportive and kind, I also loved that it was so easy to keep contact with them before and even during my time there I was very well supported with everything that I needed. The spa is unbelievable great and staff there very kind as well. My experience in Gibraltar was excellent specially because of E1 and the great hospitality team!
