Our experience was the perfect example of what I expect from a higher end chain hotel. The check-in went smoothly and our room was excellent. The bathroom was very nice and all the necessary toiletries were provided. The room itself was spacious and had a fantastic view of the city. The bed linens were perfect and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was spotless and clean. And the provided bathrobes were amazing!

A lot of pubs and the castle are around the corner. But my room was very quiet, couldn’t hear any noise from drunken people. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was very cozy, the bed perfect. Best thing: two different types of sockets - you can use your US charger without any issues.
