The owners - Joyce and Claude - are extremely friendly. They made us feel at home from the beggining. They helped us with everything - transport from airport, organizing Safari trips, buyin food (they have a shop as well) ... Joyce is also a very good cook - her food is tasty and, even more important, we didn't have any stomach problems during our stay (which is quite rare in Africa). Their prices are also reasonable. Clear 10/10.

We were amazed by the hospitality, the service, the delicious meal for dinner and the breakfast. The hotel has spacious rooms and a beautiful garden.

The only challenge is the taxi drop off and pickup needs to be clearer or provide assistance to its wonderful inside location.

The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personal attention, and we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family. I booked this hotel for a one-night stay after our flight was canceled and our journey home was delayed until the next day. I chose the hotel because of its location in a safe area with good shopping options. We had a spacious suite with a kitchen, and it was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was really good. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was good and reasonably priced. My kids had a quick swim in the pool, even though the weather wasn’t great, but it was a nice pool. The staff were very helpful, especially when it came to making sure we could get safely to the airport, as the city was shut down due to protests. I can definitely recommend this place.

Our stay at Q Boutique Resort was a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Wilson, who called in advance to confirm our booking and made sure all our requests were taken care of – his friendliness and professionalism made us feel very welcome. The owner, originally from Romania, did not communicate with us directly, but his team delivered excellent service throughout our stay. On our second day, we experienced a lack of water in the shower for a few hours, but it was quickly resolved, and afterwards we had no further issues. I stayed there with my children, and they were also very happy with the hotel. This was our first visit, but certainly not the last – we are already looking forward to coming back.

I had dinner and breakfast, both meals were superb. The staff was super nice and helpful. As a guest I enjoyed using the gym that was well equipped and the pool.

The place is squeaky clean, quiet, extremely well run. I spent 3 or 4 nights but I admit I'm being biased with my review since I actually became friends with Brian and his friends, they invited me to a wedding, took care of me and drove me around, put me in contact with people who helped with my Turkana trip and gave useful advice.... I could go on and on... Thank you dear Fatima and Brian for your amazing hospitality <3
