The staff were exceptionally kind! Kudos to Rita, she was very friendly and gave me lots of great tips for Batroun! Location was good too and easily walkable to National Museum as well as lots of restaurants and cafes. Having a rooftop pool was the best thing to have on a hot afternoon! Rooms were spacias and clean.

Perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The next morning, the delivered to my room their breakfast, which is a Lebanese breakfast with labneh, eggs, white cheese, and vegetables. The whole team was kind, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. This place is a hidden gem and I'll definitely be booking again.

TIP* If you are there... you should def. look for the little pet they have hidden in the garden, he's very cute and social.
